His vision to establish a successful Healthcare Billing company was always a priority. Within his career tenure of 10+ years in the Healthcare Industry. Over 170+ people have worked and got trained under Kalpesh Soni. He holds credit for stabilizing the Medical Billing Process at one of the companies. He also holds credit for establishing a Medical Billing company and employing more than 150 employees at that organization.
With the help of a well-versed team of experts, he is established in the United States in more than 7+ States.
From Software Setup, Enrollment, Credentialing, Coding, Billing, Denial Management, A/R Follow up, Payment Posting, Patient calling & Statement handling is something, he can do and train the staff on.
Client acquisition, contract negotiation, and seamless work transition are his expertise.

Vicky started his carrier with one of today’s leading Medical Billing companies with the motive of utilizing his college vacation. Vicky carries a total experience of 14+ years. In this tenure, Vicky has established multiple projects and trained around 200 people. With a hand full of experience in the Dental Billing vertical, Vicky also has a keen interest in Automating the process. Vicky has led the Tech team to create multiple software to increase production, maximize Revenue, and Decrease FTE costing and allowed the team members to learn new things.
Focusing on solutions instead of problem and delivering results is Vicky’s way of working. No matter how complex the problem is, Vicky will always come up with a brilliant, elegant, and cost-effective solution.
As AVP at Revesolv, his main focus is to drive the company to a way that Revesolv can increase profitability and the team members working in the organization grow in their careers by developing their Personal, Professional, Process & People management skills. He also makes sure that Revesolv can increase the efficiency of client interaction by introducing tools.
